First class letter mail & flats: Invoices, newsletters, and even magazines! Handwritten mail? No problem. It’s eligible for discounts too!
Marketing letter mail & flats: Less time-sensitive mail may be sent with this option, creating additional savings. Non-profit organization mailings enjoy even deeper discounts in this category.
Priority & Certified mail & packages: Critical, time sensitive mail and packages are given top processing priority by the US Postal Service. We enter your package into the US Postal Service tracking system and deliver it to the General Mail Facility. No more standing in line at the Post Office!
Permit mail: We process permit mailings using your permit or ours!

Metering: IMI-compliant meters meet all US Postal Service guidelines. Our metering service rates are likely less expensive than maintaining a meter on-site. Our meter capabilities provide an insurance policy for our clients when/if their own on-site meter breaks down.
Fulfillment: Collating folders and kits for customers can be a daunting task. We can hand assemble your materials to ensure your package is presented perfectly to your customers.

Sorting & Automation

Letters & Flats: Our machinery reads an address (handwritten or typed) and affixes a barcode. The barcode allows for sorting of the mail to ensure the maximum discount available through the US Postal Service.
Parcels & Packages: Rates are set by the US Postal Service and vary by zone and package type. We evaluate package each package criteria to determine the most cost efficient method to meet your shipping needs, affix the postage, and deliver the package to the postal service.
